Network members have access to coaching and a variety of technical assistance supports to assist them in taking action on shared priorities.
Services and supports include:
Targeted one on one coaching and consultation designed to help organizations move to action
Monthly learning convenings to provide opportunities for members to learn new skills, build their understanding of available tools, and engage with their peers
Collaborative problem solving and planning around shared root cause priorities
Systems Change Toolbox with tools and resources that members can use to support their day to day action learning processes
Networking opportunities to assist members in growing their connections
The network team is available to help you assess your needs and develop a plan for moving forward to improve outcomes for all Jackson County residents.
