ACTION & RESULTS
Advancing Equity Through Aligned Action and Shared Accountability.
Creating lasting change in systems—and addressing the root causes of inequitable outcomes—requires more than individual effort. It takes partners working together, learning from one another, and staying aligned around a shared vision.
The Jackson Collaborative Network supports this work through a shared vision and a Shared Measurement System Framework. Together, these provide a common agenda for change—guiding strategy, aligning partner actions, and focusing efforts on shared goals and priorities. This approach allows progress to be tracked consistently, helping us understand how each partner contributes to collective impact. When we work together, we make greater progress.

The Network’s Collaborative Community Assessment (CCA) plays a key role in measuring that progress. Conducted every three years, the CCA gathers both quantitative and qualitative data to better understand the conditions affecting Jackson County residents. It provides a snapshot in time, while also allowing for more real-time insights as new data becomes available. CCA data is shared through a formal report on the Network’s website. Selected CCA measures are also included in the public Shared Measurement System dashboard, where partners and community members can explore data on community conditions and use the information to support learning, planning, and action.
In addition to providing access to data on community conditions, the Jackson Collaborative Network helps partners build the skills and capacity needed to lead systems change within their own organizations. This work strengthens shared accountability and ensures that actions are aligned around common priorities for greater impact.
Explore the Dashboard to view selected current and historical measures related to community conditions, including data from the Collaborative Community Assessment. Then visit the Collective Action Plan page to learn about partner strategies that are driving progress toward shared goals and priorities.
