Let's Get Together!  

The Jackson Collaborative Network is introducing a new opportunity for Network partners to gather around issues and topics that help you make progress on your system change priorities.  This collaborative workspace will provide attendees with opportunities to:  

• Enhance relationships 
• Explore data 
• Identify priorities for action

Topics for discussion and planning will be determined by participants at the start of the event.  To help make sure you get what you need from this gathering, be thinking about topics and issues related to your systems change/equity work that you need or want to engage with others around - you'll help determine what we spend this time on.  

As you reflect on the topics/issues that you would like to engage with others around, think about who else would need to be part of the conversation - and invite them to come with you! 

Who should attend?  

Current and past Network partners that are working to identify and address root causes of issues that are contributing to inequitable outcomes for Jackson County residents.  Wherever you are in your systems change work, this space is for you! 

Location

This first collaborative workspace gathering will be held at the Jackson County Health Department (1715 Lansing Avenue, Jackson MI  49202).
