In 2018, the network began publishing Collaborative Community Assessment data in a variety of new ways.  Community infographics are designed to highlight key data points that help build understanding of current community conditions and the disparities that continue to persist based on race, gender, and geography.  See below to view and download available infographics.  

2022 Community Infographics

In the fall of 2022, the network is publishing a set of updated infographics that provide data on key indicators within each Shared Measurement System Aim.  The data reported in each infographic highlights racial, gender, and geographic disparities that are produced by systems that support Jackson County residents.  See below for updated infographics.

2018 Community Infographics

In the fall of 2018, the Jackson Collaborative Network published a collection of infographics highlighting disparities that are present in the Jackson community.  The infographics were designed to be a resource for community partners working to take action to address root causes of systems issues contributing to inequitable outcomes for residents.  Each of the infographics is available below.
